At the start of our session I work with reiki to balance the centers of the body. With attuned touch and intuitive massage, listening to the body and my channeled guidance, to support release of tension and emotional holding.

The sound addition is offered throughout the session with singing bowls, element chimes, my voice singing peacefully or intuited affirmations that I am guided to sing or say that speak directly to something within you asking for healing.
+ Sauna
Enjoy the addition of a soothing warming wood fire Cedar sauna to accompany your body blessing a 30-45 min session prior or after your Body Blessing.
Reiki for Children

Reiki is a non-invasive energy practice that promotes deep relaxation and emotional balance. Children are significantly more sensitive to reiki than adults, they lack the emotional walls adults build, and they absorb positive energy quickly. Children are naturally present and intuitively tap into the healing of reiki. Parents seek reiki to help their children navigate behavior challenges, balance energy, sleep, anxiety and support focus.
